1 / All new products have not been opened or assembled, so new products are not eligible for refunds.
2 / Although 3D printed products have a certain strength, it does not mean that they will not be damaged at all.
After the customer places an order, the 3D printed products will be checked again and again,
and all 3D printed products will be packaged best before sending out the package.
If there is a problem with the package during mailing,
resulting in the 3D printed product being damaged,
